Returns Policy
JogaBonitoShop is committed to your total satisfaction. We understand that there may be situations with a product that we might not be aware of. That is why we provide 100% availability for refunds within seven (7) days of receipt of the item(s). If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Customized goods cannot be returned, any item that has been worn or does not have original tags cannot be returned.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
– Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
– Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery
Returns (Customized Items)
Personalized items can not be returned for ANY reason, unless it was our fault (mismatched Name/Number printed, wrong size/jersey as opposed to the order, etc). If you receive a defective jersey, we will repair or replace it with exactly the same item at our cost, but we will not issue a refund for the item.
Refunds (If Applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Exchanges (If Applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please Contact Us.
Shipping Fees For Returns
Customers are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We also recommend adding the order number per return to ensure a proper refund process
